  I worked at lakeside packing for about 3 weeks, I got introduced to the job by a family member whom has been working their for a couple years now. We worked daily mon-fri 8am-5pm 10$ hourly cash job. ….It was weird, their had been other ladies as well working on this farm. They had told us they were providing oral pleasure, and long phone conversations to the owners dad to keep there position at the farm? Also, these woman were bring beer, and other substances leading them to the bathroom every 30mins,, was not a pleasant place to be working!! Very awkward, the owners then approached myself as if i was the problem to the company?? i was VERY offended,,, if they only knew what was going on, on their farm, lol Anyways. So they have an awesome bunch of Jamaican men working for them, about 30+ years now they have been coming to canada to work for this company. NOT ONCE did I see the owners show their workers any respect. It was unreal, very disrespectful workplace, somewhat feel racist vibes from the owners considering the level of respect shown. I wish the Jamaican men all the luck
