Chicken parmesan came with meat sauce and it was suppose to be just tomato. They said they would make a new one. Instead we said forget it next time we order we would get a bit of credit. Ordered the same thing and it came burnt and told rudely no credit was applied. So lastly I'm no longer a customer.

I was a member of the "disrespectful teenage party" on Friday night. I for one tipped the waitress fully and was very polite to her, even after there was a bug in a piece of garlic bread and she asked my friend why she doesn't eat meat. I understand that she was swamped and there were 9 of us. That doesn't excuse the kind of service we were given. Shame on you Armando's. Also, here's a photo of the bug for reference.
